We have a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Condition For Exchange

• Recieved products have not been damaged. Must be returned with hangtag and label.
• You can exchange for a new size, color or style as long as it is the same price as your inital purchase.
• You can exchange only one time per order.
• Customers will be responsible for sending us back the products to including the cost of the return to us.
• Poda will send you a new T-shirt for free after we have received the returned item.

• If you're disastified with the item, you can return the product to us within 30 days. We will refund to you via your original method of payment. We can only refund the total cost of the product excluding shipping fee to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, second-hand items, refurbished items, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
